This bag is fantastic. It's very roomy and fits a good sized lap top. Has two good sized pockets with zipper closure. However, which that the pockets were down to the bottom of the bag without space underneath as things move around in my back. The shoulder straps is sturdy and fits well over a sweater or coat. Very happy.

Even with the organizing insert I added and tried, the bag was too floppy to access easily and quickly. A bill in strap for crossover would've been a nice addition to the design.
