After reading the reviews, I was initially skeptical. I contacted the company to ensure my package hadn't been damaged during delivery. The tracking information was accurate, and I received the bike in good condition. The assembly process was straightforward; if you've never put together a bike before, it might take a little extra time. Whenever I had concerns, the company responded promptly, usually within 24 hours. I've ridden the bike for about 60 to 90 miles so far, and it has performed well. I definitely want to swap out some parts, but overall, it's been a good purchase. If I remember, I will provide an update in a couple of months.
