definitely a good value for what you paid for quality bike I love that bike

Quality product and was delivered by FedEx in timely manner.

Claimed my first bike was delivered., and offered a scribble as a signature from the delivery service. No picture no nothing.. no one in my house House signed for It. None of my neighbors have it.. emailing this company since 15 September. After tons of emails back-and-forth because they couldn’t even find my order, or so they claim. Just do yourself a favor go with a different brands. Don’t shop third-party through Walmart.. seller refuses to refund. Their customer service egregious. All they do is spit a bunch of verbal vomit about how they care about their customers and making it right. But here we are and they refused to refund for the missing products, even though I ordered the second one which stupid me I shouldn’t know, but my kid likes the aesthetics of this bike.

I liked everything about it except the ad said it was supposed to be a 1500 W motor and mine was only a 750 W motor

the worst, advertise one thing and send another and won't help correct it.

Not recommended. Purchased an E bike from the seller and less than five months. The ignition locked up and I was unable to use it or turn it on when contacted them. They said I have to purchase the part that was damage because the warranty was only FOR A MONTH. Contrary to the warranty terms advertised under their webpage or the Walmart webpage.
