I LOVE this stuff.

I always knew magnesium was good and that there's many different kinds and I've taken magnesium supplements, but I saw people on tiktok advertising magnesium spray and I wanted to try it. Though I do not trust anything on tiktok so I came to Walmart to look for a magnesium spray. And I hit the jackpot! This spray has changed my life. Originally got it to help with sleeping because apparently spraying it on the bottom of your feet helps with that and regulating your hormones and stuff but now I just use it for pain. My knees will ache if I overuse them- even if I'm just laying in bed. This spray takes the pain away almost immediately upon spraying on the affected area. So now anywhere I have joint pain, or muscle pain, I spray. Happy days. :) 10/10 recommend. Have been recommending to all my friends.

Not bad but not great.

I have been using magnesium spray for about two months and this is the second brand that Ove used. I dont loke the plastic bottle... Glass is better. I also dodnt like the sticky feeling it left behind and I don't think it worked as well as the other brand. All in all I have benefitted from this product in some way but i wouldnt order it again. It does help with sleep. I added some extra magnesium flakes to mine and it worked better.
