Blood pressure dropped significantly!
I bought this after watching dr berg's recommendations to use this if you experienced constipation, as I did. After using it for approximately 14 days my bowl movement was fixed and big bonus I had high blood pressure and this helped with lowering it down. If you you're really deficient in vitamin c as I was, this is really worth a try!

Good form of vitamin c
My family and I have used this product for years. Clean ingredients, the bottle is a decent size in a neat package. I like the added benefit of magnesium combined with ascorbic acid. Easier on the digestive system and magnesium aids joint and muscle health too. Neutral taste makes this powder easy to take. I like this brand for the quality of ingredients.
