We decided to return these after seeing the construction on the seat under the seat cushion. The construction is not metal but a crisscross of the faux rattan. No way these chairs will continually support heavy weight. Our concern was that we would be repairing or replacing in a few years. We will spend more for better quality. The "return policy" is a joke. After several emails to the manufacturer we finally contacted our credit card company to dispute the charges. The emails wanted me to unload the very tightly packed box to look for damage (the shipping box was damaged"). I refused to unpack and the emails continued back and forth. We are still waiting on a packing slip but have been promised by Walmart that would should expect a credit.
