One of the items was defective. The shipper should have observed this when placing it in the carton.

It's well-made, robust, comfy, and easy to put together. The color was according to the photo, and my favorite umbrella fit wonderfully. The one item that was manufactured wrong and transported that way was the only exception. I have not yet received information on how to replace or get a discount for the Rayan, nor the cushion. With that exception, I adore it!

Affordably priced with exceptional quality.

I love how our new furniture looks on my decks! It looks fantastic and much above what I expected. I'm delighted with what I bought. One pillow that I did get seemed to have mold on it. After sending the vendor a note, I received a replacement cushion a few days later. The cushions need some getting used to and have a little learning curve, but they are straightforward to use. 10/10 acquisition. So joyful!

The product is satisfactory; however, it is distressing to construct.

The furniture is of satisfactory quality. If, however, you experience anxiety and frustration when assembling items, this set is not suitable for you. The instructions are not particularly helpful, and the assembly process required numerous hours. I am delighted with the final outcome. However, the journey to the destination was lengthy.
