Walmart – This is completely unacceptable. I spent nearly two hours on the phone with your customer service on Monday, Sept 15, after receiving damaged items and one item that was clearly previously opened and missing parts. I spoke with a rep named Muhammad, who assured me I would be getting a full refund for the inconvenience. It's now days later, and still nothing. No refund. No follow-up. Just radio silence. To make matters worse, these are large items delivered to my new apartment in a city with no public transit, so returning them myself is not an option. Since you can’t bring it to a store, Walmart customer service can provide a prepaid return label and schedule a pickup. Once we receive the rug, we’ll issue your refund right away. You also noted that one of your purchases arrived opened and missing parts.
