The baskets are very sturdy, and I got a second package after the bike arrived. It was a total surprise. In that package were inserts for the baskets. Amazing! They have zippers and are so sturdy and spacious! The offroad tires make riding on mixed terrain so easy. I am thrilled with this e-trike.
