I purchased a similar bag last year, and it has held up great! The only problem I had was the little loop on top that's used for hanging. I never hung it at all! I may have lifted it by the loop on occasion, but nothing that I would expect to cause this damage. I included a photo. Otherwise, it has held up perfectly! And they are so cute, with many pattern options! My daughter is thrilled with her smiley face bag! She was upset when she found out that they have to leave them in their lockers this year because now she won't be able to show it off! I would definitely recommend it!
