Very Happy with this Swing!

I have been shopping for a replacement for my backyard swing for a while. I had a specific list of things I wanted, and this met most of them at a fair price. The only negative: almost all of the metal pipes have scratches or gouges. Every piece was wrapped in plastic, so I am assuming they were packaged that way. Positive: Love the finish! It is a black/brown finish that looks very nice. The cushions are of decent size and have a velcro tab in the back to hold them in place. The gray is slightly darker than pictured, which I am happy about. The bolster pillows are a bit flat. My husband assembled it in 60-80 minutes. It probably would have been less if I wouldn't have been helping, haha! He didn't have any problems with the directions, but he is a pretty mechanically-minded guy. He mentioned how well it was packaged and expressed disappointment in the amount of scratches on the finish. It is comfortable and feels sturdy when sitting and swinging. Laying the back down, it locks into place as a bed and doesn't swing, so I don't think I will use that feature. It is a bit difficult to get the pin to lock into place on one side, it doesn't lineup easily, but since I don't plan to recline it, it shouldn't be on issue. Overall, I think it looks nice and I am very happy with this purchase!

So many choices, Start with this swing.

The box listed item weight as 88 pounds. It seemed heavier but was manageable. The box was mangled from shipping, but I received all the parts. Assembly was straightforward. I wouldn't say easy because some pieces are heavy. Overall, it is easy to follow instructions. The specs listed max load weight of 800 pounds. I have learned to remove the canopy overnight if its going to be windy. My favorite part of this swing is it converts into a bed. There's a mechanism to lock the bed in place so it doesn't swing in the breeze.
