I have a white mini poodle. Her neck is 12 inch and chest is 20 inch and she weight 25 pounds. It fits her well but I haven't used it yet. I bought it because she pulls me trying to get to the next tree and hopefully this product when hooked on the front will cause her to stop pulling me cuz my arm hurts. I am not sure if the strap will rub against her leg when we walk yet but the harness seems very sturdy and not flimsy, the orange color is a nice orange shade. I am not sure if the plastic clips are strong enough to not brake when we walk but it seems a good quality product. She doesn't care she just wants to go for a walk. The included leash is very nice, thick strong material and there is a little bag I guess for the poop bags. I wouldn't use it though. I pull the bags out of my jeans pocket because its faster. My dog isn't patient and she just wants to move. The bag looks very cute and has a nice zipper and not flimsy either.
