Good eating

This corned beef hash by Chef-Mate is delicious and filling. It wasn't to hard to cook. I cooked it three different ways, in the oven, on the stove in a cast iron pan and on the griddle which cooked the fastest. I cooked until it had a golden crisp on the bottom and top. I didn't have to add any seasonings. I topped it with eggs. It taste more like potatoes than meat and that's fine with me.
