No nonsense rubber coated olympic style 45's

Well designed olympic style plates. The only visible metal is the aluminum sleeve lining the hole. I have no way of assessing their durability. The design (three wide spokes supporting a narrow rim) suggests that these will not be as 'bouncy' as competition plates, but otherwise they are perhaps preferable to solid plates that are often more difficult to pick up and carry. The price is/was good enough to give them a try: they're to easy pick up and carry, quiet when exercising, easy on hardwood floors if you're not into dropping barbells, and rustproof. Their 45lb weight is not certified, but for almost all purposes your muscles won't know the difference but your credit card will.
