It is okay for the money
I only have one complaint, is that the arms are too low. In the ad it said the arms were adjustable but that did not mean height. I do however have to use a pillow. But to be honest I think it is the desk I am using, it is too high and has sharp edges. The price was just right for the chair however. I have had back surgery so I cannot recommend it.
