I really enjoy Core Power protein shakes. The taste is delicious, especially when you get the shake really cold. It tastes like you are drinking a full-calorie milkshake! I enjoy all the flavors, especially the chocolate. I sometimes empty the container into my blender and add other ingredients depending on the flavor, like strawberries, espresso powder, yogurt, green powder, etc., to make it thicker and more filling. The only drawback is the price! It is a bit pricey, so I cannot buy it as often as I like, but when I do, it's a special treat. I think it is worth the price but my budget can't carry it.

Fairlife in general never seems to disappoint. I decided to try the vanilla core power shake in order to try to get more protein in the morning, i add some instant coffee and a little honey and just wow! I will say that it is a bit costly when it comes to sustainability and being able to have it all of the time, however if you were to go get something like this from a coffee shop it would easily be double so the cost could be justified there. All in all i really like this product. Its Also easy on my tummy as recovering momma who breastfeeds.
