I've been taking this brand of Primrose Oil capsules for a while, to help control hot flashes. They seem to do the trick, as when I don't take them, the hot flashes return. I, personally, do not experience adverse side effects when taking this brand of Primrose Oil capsules, but they are quite large, so if you have swallowing issues, look elsewhere.
