Not sure who needs to hear this but BIOTIN works great on my hair and nails. I really have noticed a difference in my hair since I have been taking the biotin supplement it is much thicker and fuller feeling than before and my nails have always been strong but they do not split much since I have been using biotin. Try it and see for yourself.
