    absolutely love the lunch box — my daughter has been obsessed with it! My only complaint is the delivery process. When I first ordered, the package never arrived at my address. I called customer service, and the representative was incredibly kind and helpful, assisting me right away. However, even after that, the second delivery ended up at my neighbor's house instead of mine. Overall, we love the product, but the shipping experience could be improved.”
