Excellent product that needs some fine tuning.
I bought the mandolin for the wide hole grater. The four row grater is easy to clean and although slower to grate then the small hole graters, it gets the job done and it grates finer. The slider needs to have longer ends to keep the vegetable from sliding out when it gets thin. The grater itself is stainless steel, which is superior to plastic. I put the grater open end down in the 1.7 qt bowl so the grated vegetable goes into the bowl. I got what I wanted, however it may not be how you want it. This is the best grater I have found, so I am happy for now until something better comes along.
