Very Pleased
Well designed, exceptionally sturdy pastry blender makes short work of incorporating shortening into flour. I find that cold butter clogs this blender far less than it does my traditionally shaped blenders, probably because of the design of the cutters, and that the rectangular shape poses no problem.
