here's the deal: if you are a person who's been hesitant to spend money on yourself, you can spend it on this. maybe you are a single mom with limited income. maybe you have chronic illness or disability and you have limited income. maybe even both! but you've learned lessons about how disappointing online shopping can be. I am thinking of people like you in particular, and that's why I've chosen to write a review on this specific item... I am your people. and I especially want to make sure people who feel wary or guilty about spending money on themselves understand that this won't be regrettable. but if you are on a fixed income %26 shopping a gift for someone in your life, wondering if this is worth it- the answer is also yes I got this on sale for just $18, but after using it many times now- it is even worth it at the regular price too. the quality is there, the materials are solid! especially the hardware! a. if you are a parent / guardian, this will survive an overstimulated child's tired outdoor meltdowns. a terribly upset first grader could even grab this %26 fall "deadweight" on it. if your body is strong enough to stay upright, it will. and the bag won't pop a single stitich. b. the pockets are functional. there's a zipper pocket inside and outside, neither one is designed in some way where it's going to become stuck, even when you're in a hurry. the main zipper, to the top of the bag itself, it's good. and it has a zipper-pulley that's simple and long enough to grab with your hand %26 could never get stuck in the zipper! it's made of the same soft leathery material that lends the top of the two non zippered inside pockets made of the same material as the lining. it's a different leathery material than the exterior of the bag itself, and the textures all go together so well! c. the lining is so nice and worth a moment of appreciation here! again- it is soft, but durable. I can tell that if and when some wild mess happens inside this bag, I can handle that myself, in my bathroom at 1 a.m. with the careful, deliberate use of an old, soft toothbrush that was dipped into the teeniest bit of the standard, lowest-cost variation of a certain blue bottled laundry spray... this lining is so soft, but not SO soft that it's going to be ruined from trying to resolve this issue a few hours later, before bed. no- I already know that when this day comes, it will be usable again when I wake up! d. I was carrying around a backpack for most of 2025. our circumstances mean that I have to leave home as packed up as the town's "bag lady". you would never guess it from looking at me, but I'm walking around with everything that was in that backpack inside this bag! the materials and construction of this bag are so good, I think it would be worth it to anyone like me to explore the larger options, if this bag is cutting it close for the size of their larger items!

I've received many compliments on this bag. it feels much more expensive than it is. It's a well made gorgeous bag for the price. The 2 straps are perfect. I used the guitar strap for shopping %26 more casual outings %26 the shorter leather strap for a dressier look. It's so versatile! I love this handbag!!
