I love this pre-workout! It gives me the energy I need to get through my workout especially on heavy days! Most of the time I don't get the itchy side effect. Best of all the flavors are delicious! I've tried the following: Witches' Brew (caramel apple) Hawaiian Shaved Ice (fruity) - my favorite Rainbow candy (favors Skittles) Don't be a beachhead (smells like coconut, tastes like cherry)
