Excellent!
This is my first time using this supplement. I like that it's in a glass bottle, the company is a reputable company that has a reputation for making quality products. The taste is pleasant, i add it to my food or take it from a spoon with ease. Since i just started it i'm not sure if it is helpful, but all the research i've done so far indicates positive results for a variety of issues such as beneficial for heart, gut health, reducing inflammation and increasing Omega 3 fatty acids. I would recommend this product to anyone needing to add more healthful products to their diet.
