Never too sweet

Not as sweet as sugar, but it doesn't raise your blood sugar. It does cut bitterness from coffee, but it requires one and a half as much. So, it's a little expensive to sweeten a whole gallon of tea, but it works for single servings. If you drink a lot of coffee it may work for you because it dissolves quickly in hot beverages. It isn't overpowering like artificial sweeteners, but I haven't used enough to actually make something taste really sweet either. I will keep some in the pantry, but I think I'l use it sparingly.
