I have to say this chair is very adorable and well made!! I love the color and the size of it (be aware this is not a huge one that you will sink in, but great for regular size person). I consider myself very handy, and still encountered some hiccups during installation (took me ~20 mins), although you only need to put on 8 screws. I agree with what others have mentioned that the instruction could use some more details/tips, so here are some problems I had, and tips that can potentially help whoever is buying this: 1. When you install the first two screws to connect the back and seat, it is VERY IMPORTANT to keep them loose (as mentioned in the instruction). Since you will need to apply some force to align the arm screws in the next step. 2. When you put the arms on, it will make it easy to lay the chair on the other arm side and you push the arm down to engage the side lock on the arm. 3. The biggest challenge I had during installation is aligning the 3 side screws with the screw wholes on the seat. To make it easier, find another person or use a wood clamp to bring the back forward a bit (closer to the seat), then you can get the holes aligned. 4. Finally, when I tighten the back/seat screw down, one of the two screws nuts went loose (I think it was glued to the back part, which went loose during tightening). I put a 2 inch deck screw next to the loosen one to reinforce the back and seat, which might be even stronger than the original screw. Just be aware of that when you put them together. Overall, I enjoy the chair and love the look. Don't let what I described scare you off from getting it. After all, you are only installing 8 screws to get it assembled, you can do it :).
