like most of us purchasing Furniture online, we tend to read the reviews to make sure it's not plywood with some fabric wrapped around it. I was a little nervous ordering this chair as my husband is a big man close to 300 lb and 6 ft 3. I went ahead and decided to go for it after reading the reviews. it arrived carefully packaged and wrapped to ensure no breakage or rips and tears. we had it put together in less than 10 minutes it is beautifully made the material is thick and should hold up, the lift Works wonder and goes super high with his height it makes it easier for him and it isn't sinking or slouching in the seat definitely would purchase again

I ordered off Walmart site and within a few days it was delivered. I paid for the chair to be put together. The chair is satisfactory in looks and design. I find the color was good. It's been comfortable so far. It's too soon for me to say whether it holds up.
