Exceeded My Expectations, Shipping %26 Product

It was hard to set up. But not because there was anything wrong with the phone. It's just the software is so different than what I was used to. The delivery was on point though (Walmart, through fedex) I thought it was going to get here on Friday the 28th (nearly 4-5 days after I ordered it) because they said the shipping was delayed (it was set to arrive on Nov 26th) but instead it came on the 26th as planned. [5 stars] didn't come in the original box, but came with an off brand charger AND adapter——since there was no original box, I forgot what kind of phone I bought, ngl. But I'm happy none the less. Tried wireless Qi charging, and it didn't respond.. ? Idk about that but other than that everything was great. 5 stars overall. Minor scratches, service unlocked, ease of use and nearly easy setting up with existing Apple iCloud account—-(I forgot my old password) . Pictures look regular like the iPhone 6s in my opinion, the quality is better than that of a Moto G play grade, but not as clear as iPhone 14 and up… still great for its price. Excelled my expectations, fr.

Scratched %26 Chipped but Works Fine

2 tiny chips out of the metal frame along the edge and the front and rear glass had scratches all over(even visible when phone turned on) but 256 gig 3rd Gen red phone works how it's supposed too. The battery max percent is 79%. I'll be putting a rubber bumper from the dollar store around the frame anyway so can't see the chips really and scratches don't bother me since everyone gets scratches on their phone no matter what so I'm happy with it. The phone came in a thin ziplock baggy on top of the plastic wall plug which probly rattled all over the place during shipping and could have scratched the screen up since The phone was completely loose and rattling around in the box it came in. For $250 it was exactly as I expected though, normally the 256 gig costs over $350 so I'm happy with the money saved. Eventually when I crack my screen by accidentally dropping it then I'll buy a brand new scratch free screen from Amazon for $35 anyway lol

The battery health is at 90%. The screen and the back of the phone look new, with no scratches. Since this is a refurbished device, I expect it to work properly. I am still testing it, although the screen has frozen once. I am within the return period and will return it if any other issues appear.
