This is perfect small and tender pasta for any kind of pastina recipe. My family member has had all their teeth pulled as prep for dentures so it is imperative to find very soft and nutritious food for him to eat that requires no chewing. These very short, very thin pieces of vermicelli cooked up perfectly soft in a flavorful beef broth based soup. Thank you La Moderna for making so many wonderful types of pasta. I wish my local Walmart would carry many more types of your pasta in the store so I wouldn't have to ordered them shipped.
