Not as advertised. This is not the stand/cart!!!

The way that this was advertised and the way that the picture is shown. Make it look like you are getting the cart stand but all you are getting is two pieces of angle iron for eighty six dollars plus tax and shipping not worth the money at all! Do not recommend.
