Happy but disappointed

Product itself was good. However when received after 6 days of delay of original delivery. Item was damaged at the front. I got this for my nephews birthday and after being delayed and delayed we revived it broken right after I got it from the mail man I wrapped the box and had my nephew open the box. He was so happy and then sad I had to return it. Now Walmart is telling us we cannot replace it we have to take a refund and then reorder again which can take 1-2 weeks.
