Not able to contact for return
I ordered the size that was recommended for my shoe size. It was so small I could not begin to get it on my foot. Then when I tried to exchange it no one answered the phone number during business hours (8:30 to 5:30 pm, M-F). To top it off the phone line cuts you off and does not allow you to stay on hold. It will let you leave a message, but that doesn't do me any good, because of my work hours. Then I tried to click on the contact by e-mail, and even though it was highlighted in blue it was inactive. There seems to be no way to return this item.
