Perfect little chicken wing sections

I have bought at least 4 of these packages of chicken wings. The first ones came out so great that I wanted to do some more. I smoke them on the grill with cherry wood and apple wood for about 2 or 3 hours at 250 degrees F (at the grill). I use a wifi probe thermometer that has two separate probes, one to place on the grill where the chicken is located (ambient temperature), and the other plugged into one of the pieces of meat in the middle of the grill. That way I know what the temperature is at the site of the meat (ambient temperature), and I can control the smoker accordingly to keep the ambient temperature at about 250 degrees F by adding more fuel and adjusting the two air valves. I just lately got a hankering for BBQ wings, and I have been eating them every day now for about a week. These wing sections come in both sections, the one that looks like a chicken leg, and the other that is my favorite, the flat style wing section. They are both very good tasting wings. I would buy these again (which I already have done.)
