It's a great value
We keep a pack in the freezer and pull out a few pieces as needed. Sometimes we grill it for ourselves. We've oven roasted it and boiled it. We shred it sometimes for tacos . But we primarily use this chicken for our dog. He loves it boiled and ground with rice, green beans, carrots, potatoes and sweet potatoes. It's fairly tender when cooked correctly.

Weird cuts, gristle, water weight
When I was in KY this chicken was fine, they were whole breasts and were nice to cook with. After moving to WA, the last bag I got was weird/odd-shaped breast chunks that all required trimming for cartilage, skin, fat, and bone bits. They're fine for cut-up dishes but not for cooking things like baked chicken or dishes where you want similar sized pieces for cooking. They also have a ton of water weight when thawed.
