Ceramic Pans Are Wonderful!

The only issue I had is the handles are held on w a VERY short screw and before I even used them (was washing upon receipt), the handle came off the tiny fry pan and it was tricky/difficult to get it back on because it was so small. Not hard, just a pain. After that incident, I was thinking next time to be sure to get bolted on metal handles. But I love how they work and that you don't need butter or oil and NOTHING sticks. Love them!
