I order this backpack for my 10 year old girl on Thanksgiving but she don't like it. She think it is too childish. Then I bring to Walmart to return. Walmart said it cannot not return in store because the backpack is coming from third party. You have to contact them . Okay after I contract 3rd party, they said you can return it on your own budget first then they will accommodate the shipping fund. Therefore, the backpack cost $45, I paid $13.75 for the ups ground, but I only get $45 back. but where is my ups ground fee? I wrote the email to Wildkin return department. No one answers me back. Please be careful when you bought 3rd party items on Walmart, it probably not refundable.
