Cute and comfy, with some functions not working
This chair gains 3 stars for its looks and how comfortable it is. This chair is very modern and elegant looking. It was exactly what I was looking for in my home office and paired with my “white and gold” theme. However, the base of the chair is not the same gold as in the photos, it's very YELLOW gold. I didn't mind, but some others might. The chair is very plush and comfortable which I was really hoping for since I'll be sitting for much of the day. I didn't give it 5 stars because the mechanism to keep the chair raised does NOT work. Completely broken, it'll raise, but once you sit on it, the chair falls right to the bottom. This fortunately isn't a big deal because my desk height fits perfectly with how low the chair is. But if you have a tall desk, buyer beware the mechanism to raise it is crap. I read on reviews on other websites that the wheels will give out over time. I'm hoping this doesn't happen and am being mindful to be careful when I am rolling the chair. I want to preserve this chair as long as I can! Overall 3 stars. It looks really nice and is comfortable, not sure if it should be priced at over $200 though.
