    Much better design

    Since I bought my first umbrella made like this, I've replaced the others in all three vehicles. When you jump back into your vehicle from the rain it folds upside down so the prongs don't catch in the door, and if you stand it on the handle, you can wait until you exit to dump it. I have "lost" a few of these to admirers, so I always watch for a sale.
