Silk Habotai is a delicate, semi sheer fabric that is non stretch and is perfect for an overlay as it is extremely lightweight and semi transparent. The use of Silk Fabric gives an elegant, floaty appearance to a dress or gown. It can be difficult to work with due to its light and slippery texture and must not be machine washed as it is a very delicate fabric. Because this fabric is 100% Silk, if white is not the colour you are looking for then there are endless colour possibilities with our huge range of dyes! It is also suitable for silk painting too! Minerva 100% Silk Habotai is a high-quality fabric that is perfect for crafters. It is made from Chinese silk and has a plain pattern.
