Ground Ginger Powder by Its Delish, 13 Oz. Large Jar

Had been buying fresh ginger root for years and decided to try this product as an alternative to the hassle of peeling, grinding, and juicing and I must say without any reservation, this is fantastic. Very strong flavor and aromatic. Very easy to add wherever and in whatever I like. My only regret was that I ordered it from a third party and paid more than double. Will buy direct from here in the future.

I'm Louisianian. I relocated from N. Louisiana to S. Louisiana 41 years ago - i live in Cajun/Creole territory. :) I use a good bit of Cajun/Creole seasoning. We have a product here known as Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning, which is a blend of salt and a few spices, including "red pepper". I'm 99% positive that means cayenne - because Louisiana. :) Well, I love the It's Delish cayenne pepper. It has a wonderful earthy flavor which I find delightful. Of course, I use a lot in my food. Hot pepper is said to be very good for weight management and metabolism boosting. At age 65, I can use all the help I can get! :) I have also started making teas and other beverages with spices added, to aid in my health goals. Ginger, Cinnamon, Turmeric, and hot peppers are all reported to have several health benefits. And I bought the nutmeg because it's one of my favorite spices. I love the teaa and other drinks that I add spices to. I can't be sure, or prove empirically, that I'm getting healthier because of using these spices in this way. But I'm willing to take the chance, and I feel great about attempting to improve my health and life. I already had cinnamon from elsewhere prior to this purchase. However, I'll be ordering more of everything soon, and that order will include cinnamon, because I have had such a good experience with It's Delish. I'm very glad I saw you as one of Walmart's suppliers, and that I looked you up online and began what I hope will be a long and happy customer/vendor relationship.
