It's reversible and has a fish pattern on the front and a bold geometric pattern on the other side. I love both designs. The design is great for everyone of all ages. The quilt is well made and holds up after washing. It's super soft and comfortable. I love the feel of a nice quilt like this one. It's not too heavy or too light. The set comes with 2 matching shams and is a great way to make your bedroom look and feel more relaxing!
