I like the controls, speed, led lights and manual back brake that is activated with your foot on the back fender. Excellent hill climbing power. Easy to fold up for carrying. The handles fold in to make the scooter very compact when folding up to put in the trunk of a car. I wish it had pneumatic tires, hard rubber tires make for a rougher ride. Need to be careful with the front electronic brake. Electronic brake works awesome, just wish it engaged a brake on the BACK tire. Hard brake on the front tire could lead to a fall.

I hope EVERCROSS can protect customers better.

On December 9, 2023, I received the EVERCROSS electric scooter for $239.99. But yesterday, February 17, 2024, I found some problems with the scooter. The bolts connecting the rear wheels had come off. So I can't use the scooter anymore. This depresses me deeply. Only 70 days have passed. If I didn't see the fault, maybe I was injured or killed in an accident. I hope EVERCROSS can protect customers better. I hope EVERCROSS will recall this scooter and replace it with a safe scooter for me.
