exceeded my expectations,plenty of hill climbing torque,my first two ebikes were very lacking on the hills in my area,this h7 awd is a gamechanger,check out the you tube video reviews by Jeremiah Mcintosh,the hills in his area are similar to mine,his review sold me on the a7 awd and no regrets whatsoever,this bike is everything I wanted and more

I don't usually leave reviews but the new H7 dual motor bike I received needs to be praised!!! Let's start with the shipping. Extremely well packed and took about 45 minutes by myself to put everything together. I had a little issue with the front motor cable not being long enough but after emailing customer service, they sent a video to me showing how to extend the cable. They take care of you no matter what the issue is!!! Ok.. let's move on to the bike itself. I am 5'10 and weigh 360 lbs so I was very careful and worried that whichever bike I went with would have issues because of the high weight. I can say riders that are in the 300 to 400 lbs range will have NO ISSUES on this bike!!! Even in just rear wheel drive the bike powers up the steepest hills I can find in my area. Put it into all wheel drive and it flies up those same hills. It is pure power in AWD... PERIOD! The battery is very high capacity. I rode 10 miles my first day and was sitting at 97% battery left. It is EXTREMELY smooth riding with the dual shocks. Great news for heavier riders worried about not taking bumps well. The step through design is really nice and makes it so much easier to mount the bike. This bike is just a blessing for someone looking to loose weight and are at a point where they really would have a hard time getting out and exercising. I have to use a mobility scooter to get around and really thought that was going to be how things were going to be from this point on. Now I can actually get out and with the pedal assist, go WAY farther that I ever thought I could. Every day I can go a little further and can pedal a little more. Been riding for 1 week and have lost 5 lbs. It's not much but it's a start... and I could never have done It without my new H7 Wallke!!! This bike will NOT let you down!!!

I believe I've seen in the company reviews of the H7 that it is not a toy and boy are they correct. This bike is a beast and exceeds everything I expected. Assembly is easy and communication with the company may take a little time because their time is 12 hours different from where I am. Battery life is excellent I have owned it for a week put on 43 mi and still have 73% power. I love it. The display takes a little to learn. Could use a video on that.
