Refurbished kitchen aid mixer was not what I order
I might recommend an actual Kitchen Aid Mixer Machine, however the one I received was refurbished. I did take it out of the packaging. Turned it on and the machines was shaking so badly it was scary. I purchased this item online, thinking I was ordering through Walmart.com, apparently it was a 3 party. When I received the package. I opened it and there was brown oil all over the top of the white machine. I was devastated. I sealed it back up and instantly did a return. Had to call the 1-800. Got a shipping label. Fed ex picked package up on Monday 6/9 and on 6/11 package was returned to my house. I'm still waiting for a refund on this refurbished item that I was charged $399 for.

Walmart.com is risky at best.
I purchased a KitchenAid mixer for my future daughter in law's shower. When it arrived it was red instead of white. I shipped it back. It took 4 weeks to get a refund. When I finally got my refund, I found the white one for the same price and ordered it. I must have missed where it said "Refurbished". When it arrived "Refurbished" was printed all over the box in huge letters. I did not want to give a refurbished mixer as a gift especially when I paid the same amount for a brand new one. I was told my refund would be quicker if I brought it back to the store instead of shipping it back. I brought it to the nearest Walmart the day it arrived at my house. It has been 3 weeks since I returned it so I called to ask about my refund. I was told that when the store shipped it back, the weight was different than when they shipped it to me. I never even opened the box! Walmart now refuses to issue a refund. I am out $427.86 because they weighed something wrong. I don't have a mixer and I don't have $427.86.
