NOT JUST FOR WOMEN

As do countless others, I take a good B-Complex daily. In fact, I use Swanson's Balance B-100. Also, as do countless others, I supplement that with a few additional individual B-Vitamins. One of those is Folic Acid. Everyone needs all the B-Vitamins on a regular basis, because they do so many worthwhile and valuable things throughout the body, and since they are water-soluble, they need to be replenished regularly so the body always has what it needs.After reading all the good that Folic Acid does, I decided to buy and take Swanson's Premium 800 mcg.
