① Question: What size mattresses are needed?
Answer: Regular twin for the top and King for the bottom. The trundle fits a twin but watches the height.
② Question: Can the bottom bed (not the trundle) be adjusted to twin/king?
Answer: Yes.
③ Question: Can the bed pull to the opposite side? With ladder on the other end?
Answer: I think you could work it that way you would just have to put parts on opposite sides.
④ Question: Will the bed disassemble easily if you need to move?
Answer: The two bunks separate into 2 beds so it should be pretty easy to move without having to disassemble the whole thing.
⑤ Question: How many mattresses do I need? can I use at the same time 2 twins and one king?
Answer: You can use a twin for the top bunk and trundle and a king for the bottom. I recommend 6” twins for the trundle or it won’t be easy to close.
