Love it
It sure makes big difference for gaming, compare to an entry-level video card. Frame rate improved many folds. Operating noise is a bit loud, perhaps due to its single-fan design (louder than the rest of the PC). Be sure your power supply is up to task—I ended up replacing my old 425W supply. No problem after 5 months.

OK but obsolete.
This card is only an upgrade to machines with intel integrated graphics or a GT class card. This older model has been rendered obsolete by 1650 class cards. The "16" series was a lower-end part of the 20 series which has since been replaced by the 30 series, though cards of that series are extremely difficult to obtain at the time of this post.
