How to Set the Cut-Off Voltage Protection:

1. Press and hold any button on the hardwire kit for 3 seconds until the LED display lights up.
2. Use the +/- buttons to set your desired cut-off voltage. We recommend setting it to 11.8V.
3. After setting the voltage, wait for the LED display to flash three times to confirm the setting is complete.

If the voltage falls below the set value, the hardwire kit will cut off power to your device after 1 minute to prevent battery drain.

Adjustable Low Voltage Protection:

Unlike other kits that offer fixed voltage protection, the FFN Hardwire Kit allows you to fine-tune the low voltage protection in 0.1V increments, with an easy-to-read LED display. The kit will automatically stop power flow when the voltage drops below the preset threshold.

Automatic Engine Detection:

The hardwire kit comes equipped with a 3-in-1 cable that detects the engine’s status automatically, ensuring your dash cam starts recording without the need for manual adjustments. The yellow wire (BAT) connects to a constant power source in the fuse box, providing power even when the engine is off.
