This actually more than met my expectations. I am almost 58, relatively overweight w/fibromyalgia, 2 torn unrepaired rotator cuffs, 6 fractured, never repaired, discs & currently suffering thru heel spurs. Having said all of that - I can work along w/her & stretch! It's what I got it for & it is working. The only thing was with all the inhaling & exhaling - I got a little dizzy - but that will change. She explains everything, it is very calming, I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has never done Yoga, like myself.......namiste :)
