Great for the price, exactly what I was wanting.
I had been wanting to try a kneeling chair for awhile but was hesitant to spend the money if it didn't work out. This chair is sturdy and adjustable yet reasonably priced. I have been transitionin well to it. One thing I would recommend if you are on the heavier side, like me, is to add some additional padding so you can keep working a bit longer before getting up to stretch your legs. Since its healthy to get up from a desk every hour at least to move around, using this type of seating does encourage that habit. As a graphic designer, this change has help me be more aware of posture and length of time I sit in one position. My back already feels better.

Good chair for a good price
Very comfy, you can sit in it with your knees on the knee pad or feet on the knee pad, either way helps you to sit upright and not strain your back or neck. also i used to sit on my knees on a regular chair and this is an easy and smart alternative to having your knees and legs go numb. helps my back too even tho there is no back rest particularly there is a place for you to sit. it is a good chair.

Great chair!
Always wanted one of these kinds of chairs. Package arrived and was easily set up in about 10 minutes. I am only 5' so I prefer to keep the chair on the lowest setting but sometimes will use the middle setting too. I like that this chair feels very sturdy and I am not at all afraid of a collapse. The padding is sufficient for both my knees as well as my bum. Am thinking of getting another one to use at the kitchen table too.
